Kava is a root grown primarily in the Pacific Islands, which is then pulverized into a powder and brewed like a tea. For some it has been used as an alcohol alternative.

Kava is known to promote relaxation , elevate your mood, and for some increase in overall sleep quality.

Our Kava is brewed in a more traditional style than most other Kava Bars for a smooth flavor and quality.

Kava Hot Chocolate (Seasonal)

Kratom(also known as botanical tea) is a leaf from trees grown primarily in Southeast Asia. When brewed as a botanical tea it can give a variety of effects.

All of our Kratom is brewed from crushed leaf as opposed to powder which is less common due to its lower availability and higher cost but provides a cleaner taste and many report a more enjoyable experience overall.

Kratom is available in 4 types: (descriptions sourced from in active customers and anecdotal reports)

White: Emphasizes a strong energy boost as well as enhanced mental focus & clarity

Green: One of the most popular types as it is a balance midpoint providing feelings of enhanced mood & a moderate energy boost

Yellow: Offers a different flavor profile but has similar effects to green. It is commonly known as a connoisseur kratom type as it is less commonly found.

Red: The most relaxing type and emphasizes pain relief as its main effect.
